Deborah originally trained at the University of Northumbria, where she acheived a 1st class BA (Hons) Performance degree. She completed her postgraduate year at Drama Studio London in 2003 and played a variety of roles including Lady Macbeth, Bellinda (The Provok'd Wife) , Teresa (The Memory Of Water, Julia (Fallen Angels), Countess D'Lage (The Women), and Elizabeth in Abandonment at the Criterion Theatre.

Since graduating DSL, Deborah has worked steadily as both an actress & singer and has recently moved into radio & voiceover work.  She has worked for a variety of companies including TNT Music Theatre, Script to Screen Productions, Cinema Vigilante, BSDS Productions, Hurricane Theatre, Red Card, and BBC Scotland.

An accomplished singer & musician, Deborah has performed in several musicals, operas & operettas. Roles have included: Lady Lavinia in Let's Charleston, 2nd Goose in Paul Bunyan, Widow Corney in Oliver!, and Tina in Lipstick On Your Collar - which gained her a 5-Star review. She also regularly sings with a choir.

In 2005, Deborah co-founded Absolute Finnloch Theatre Company and wrote, produced and starred as Lilith in Eve & Lilith at the Edinburgh Festival.

In addition to her theatrical & musical theatre roles, Deborah has also appeared in several films including: The Honey Trap (Cinema Vigilante), Call Me Harry' (voiceover - Script To Screen Productions), and the spoof blacksploitation film Hotpants Jones & The Afrocomb Of Gold for Afrocomb Productions.

She is currently appearing as Fluellen & Alice in Henry V at The Wilde Theatre in Bracknell, and has been engaged to record voiceovers for Makro later this month.
