Deborah is an accomplished musician and has been studying the Cello since the age of 4.
She plays both acoustic and electric cello, and studied music at St Mary's Music School in Edinburgh
(Orchestra, Chamber Music, String Quartet), National Youth Training Orchestra, and with private teachers
including Alasdair Mitchell and Helen Hale. Deborah also reads music fluently (treble, bass & tenor clefs),
has her Grade 5 theory, and has taught cello for private beginners and orchestral cello sections.
Deborah has played Cello as an actor/musician, a soloist, with Orchestras (in Edinburgh & Newcastle),
and with several rock bands as a session musician including The Psychedelic Breakfast, Allfather and Stigma.

Deborah is an excellent singer with a strong, warm, Mezzo-Soprano voice. She has sung in styles as
